E:00 means the control box and robot are not communicating. Update the firmware to version 1.0.25 or later, then restart both units. The update takes about ten minutes.

The fix: update to 1.0.25
E:00 is fixed in firmware version 1.0.25. Follow these steps in order — the whole update takes about ten minutes.
- Open the app and check the version. Once the app boots up, check the firmware version and start the update to 1.0.25 (or later).
- Restart both after the upgrade. When the system upgrade finishes, restart the robot and the control box.
- Give it a few minutes to reconnect. If it won't connect right after the restart, wait and try a few more times — it should connect within a few minutes at most.

The app connects, but the robot won't move or respond
Update the app itself first, then try again.
If the update page does not appear in the app, use the QR-code update instead. Do not have the QR code? Contact us and we’ll send it.
Already on the latest version, or you suspect the software
Use the QR code to install the latest version again, even if the version number already appears current. If E:00 remains after the reinstall, contact support.
